Inmarsys respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Inmarsys may collect personal information which we receive when:

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:

  • Identity Data includes first name, last name, title
  • Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone
  • Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details
  • Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of equipment you have purchased from us

Medical data for employees is only collected where there is a requirement to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace.

We do not collect any other Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, genetic and biometric information). We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with services). 11. Our Service Providers

12. How long do we keep personal information?

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your personal data. If you would like us to do this, then please contact us at the address below and, where we are able (subject to legal requirements to hold information for a defined period), we will process your request.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes. Where this has occurred, we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

  • Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
  • Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
  • Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. Fees
